Content Producer

Content Producers at The Program have a passion for brand storytelling. As a content producer you understand how to work effectively alongside a team of writers, strategists, filmmakers, and content creatives. You quarterback content projects from start to finish, hammering out logistics and supporting the needs of your team to execute the best product possible.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects, time frames and teams effectively, while delivering quality content on time and within budget. 

  • Work Closely with producers and partnership managers to develop schedules, project scopes and contracts, and staff/contractor plans.

  • Define production budgets, schedules, and goals while managing the project’s margin.

  • Handling pre-production and post-production logistics.

  • Communicating regularly with project producers and AP to ensure production contractors and vendors are on-boarded, compensated, and communicated with appropriately. 

  • Maintain healthy relationships with content vendors and contractors, always growing our roster. 

  • Serve as the main client interface when necessary. 

  • Lead efficient meetings and calls with brand partners and project team members.

  • Work closely with and support project teams.

  • Effectively communicating project status leadership.

  • Be passionate about delivering the best creative, while creating solutions to produce in a way that does not jeopardize schedule and budget.

  • Work on multiple projects at a time.

Qualifications

  • 2-4  years of experience producing branded video/photo content. 

  • Experience managing project/production budgets of 10k-500k.

  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Hot Budgets, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience in obtaining shooting permits, securing talent, and working through logistics on tight timelines.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel occasionally and with little notice.

  • Ability to lift and help load/move gear.

This is an in-house position working from our studio in SE Portland. Salary is competitive based on experience.
