  • Identify hooks, lines and perspectives that make stories stand out
  • Ideate creative approaches and campaign concepts with strategists, designers, producers and content creators

As a Sr. Producer (Team Lead), you are responsible for all aspects of production across the company, from people to projects.

  • Lead, mentor and take accountability for our producer team.
  • Audit and improve current process and workflow, implementing new processes where necessary.
  • Direct client and project deliverables, strategic requirements and explain complex ideas clearly, and confidently. Manage expectations against reality.
  • Oversee multiple, concurrent projects and project teams, including strategists, designers, producers and vendors.

Content Producers (Contract)

Description

Content Producers at The Program have a passion for brand storytelling. You understand how to work effectively alongside a team of writers, strategists, filmmakers, photographers and editors, while elevating their work to it’s full potential. You quarterback content projects from start to finish, hammering out logistics and supporting the needs of your team to execute the best product possible. You operate at the intersection of brand strategy and content production.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects, time frames and teams effectively, while delivering quality content on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with digital producers to develop work-back schedules, SOWS and project scope.
  • Scope and define production budgets, schedules, and goals; manage project margin.
  • Handle pre-production logistics (permits, casting, crew, etc).
  • Represent The Program in various settings.
  • Communicate regularly with project Producers and AP to ensure production contractors and vendors are on-boarded, compensated, and communicated with appropriately.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with content vendors and contractors.
  • Can serve as the main client interface if necessary.
  • Lead efficient meetings and conference calls with brand partners and project team members.
  • Work closely with and support your creative counterparts on the content team (Filmmakers/DPs/Writers/Editors).
  • Effectively communicate project status and margins to agency admin and content manager.
  • Be passionate about delivering the best creative, while creating solutions to produce it in a way that does not jeopardize schedule and budget.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience producing branded video/photo content.
  • Experience managing project/production budgets of 100k-400k.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in obtaining shooting permits.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. PMI certification a plus.
