Associate Content Production Coordinator

As an Associate Content Production Coordinator you possess an innate ability to navigate and support content productions from small, quick-strike content captures to large-scale productions. You’ll work with a team for the entirety of each production, partnering closely with content producers, content creatives, and ops, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed and untouched. As a cornerstone of our content team, you are dedicated to the logistical, budgetary, and executional success of each production you’re involved with.
Responsibilities
Work closely with a Content Producer and/or Project Manager to develop productions schedules from pre-production through post-production
Support in the facilitation of business affairs, including contracts, crew onboarding, and permitting
Support the strategy, creative, and content team in bringing concepts to life on set.
Coordinate production logistics including travel planning, equipment rentals, and all of the necessary items to ensure a successful production
Communicating regularly all team and crew members
Maintain healthy relationships with content vendors and contractors, always growing our roster
Effectively communicate production status with leadership, communicating risks, opportunities, and solutions
Be passionate about delivering the best content, while creating solutions to produce in a way that does not jeopardize schedule and budget
Communicate with vendors and third-parties, such as casting agencies, rental houses, and other vendors and third-parties in a timely manner
Develop production documentation, call sheets, pre-pro books, and other materials critical to the success of each production
Being on set for production days, contributing to the flawless execution of the day’s run of show
Maintain a positive outlook and an entrepreneurial spirit as you work on multiple productions at a time, problem solving and scenario planning as needed
Qualifications:
~1 year of experience producing branded video and photo content.
Experience managing production budgets and coordinating
Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Keynote,
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in obtaining shooting permits, securing talent, and working through logistics on tight timelines
Well rounded and progressive communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel occasionally, sometimes with little notice
Ability to lift and help pickup, package, and move gear

Ideal candidates are located in or around Portland, Oregon, and are happy to join us in the studio a few days per week as needed.
The salary band for this role is $40,000-$45,000
