 As a Writer you have a deep understanding of the ways copy helps our brand partners achieve their goals, influencing consumers by delivering a clear message, and using those initiatives to seek out new trends and incorporate them into campaigns effectively. Understanding our partners’ business, thinking conceptually and presenting copy with simplicity is paramount. You will be working with strategists, designers, producers, technical team members, and content creators, ensuring every written word is purposeful.


  • Develop creative copy that is forward-thinking and in-line with current brand trends.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise copy strategies to achieve them.

  • Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs.

  • Engage brand partners with fresh, engaging ideas.

  • Ensure copy is accurate across all deliverables.

  • Communicate with team members in an agile, fast-paced environment.

  • Approach work using best practices to deliver quality products.

  • Provide recommendations and insight, while remaining positive, open and flexible.

  • Take accountability with tight deadlines and deliver quick turnarounds and revisions while maintaining high quality work with creative integrity.

  • Remain current on brand trends and best practices.


  • 3+ Years of relevant, copywriting experience.

  • Highly creative, imaginative, and passionate about our brand partner’s products and services.

  • Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and a positive can-do attitude.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and seize the opportunity to make a difference.

  • Skilled in writing clear, concise and engaging copy.

  • Ability to adhere to and work within brand voice guidelines.

  • Ability to ensure quality and details are consistent across all deliverables.

  • Self-starter with proven interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback throughout all creative phases.


This is an in-house/hybrid position working from our studio in Portland, Oregon. Salary is competitive based on experience. The Program provides a competitive benefit package that includes paid holidays, vacation/personal time, 401k matching and health, dental, and vision insurance.
