We are hiring a Designer to join our Portland, Oregon agency. You have proven experience drawing inspiration from lifestyle, culture, technology, and brand to shape your ideas into leading creative solutions across a wide range of media from initial concept to delivery. You can communicate your vision clearly and with confidence cross-functionally to internal teammates and brand partners. You work well with others, in a collaborative effort to breathe life into the best work possible.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce bold styles that meet business objectives

  • Ensure all design work is on brand and on objective before it goes out the door, deliver and receive respectful and poignant feedback when needed

  • Concept campaign-level experiences and see the work through from ideation to execution

  • Conceptualize and create digital, social, and interactive experiences for use across a variety of brand campaigns

  • Be a design advocate on cross-functional project teams, adding artful enhancements to multi-channel campaigns

  • Motivate other design team members to do their best work while pushing your craft forward

  • Design strategically. Adapt your style to meet brand partner needs. Explain your approach and design thinking to teammates and brand partners in presentations and reviews

  • Ability to ensure aesthetic quality and details are consistent across all creative you touch. Be pixel perfect

Experience

  • 4+ years of digital design experience across various disciplines (brand, interactive, etc)

  • 2+ years of creative agency experience working on projects for big brands with passionate consumers

  • Ability to make the complex simple

  • Digital design chops and original artistic style

  • Self-starting difference-maker with proven yet developing presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills

Details

  • Ideal candidates are located in Portland, Oregon to join us in the studio a few days per week (hopefully in the not too distant future). We're also open to remote for the right candidate.

  • The salary band for this role is $55,000-$70,000.

  • We provide a competitive benefits package that includes paid holidays, vacation/personal time, 401k matching, and health, dental, and vision insurance. Relocation package available if applicable.
