As a Producer, we trust you to manage these relationships, delivering quality work under tough constraints with a positive outlook. Producers are responsible for spearheading complex projects for a wide variety of clients, categories and forms of media. You will help produce deliverable requirements and documentation, oversee timelines, budgets and resources while motivating teams and managing partner relationships with confidence.
Direct client and project deliverables, strategic requirements and explain complex ideas clearly, and confidently.
Manage expectations against reality.
Oversee multiple, concurrent projects and project teams, working closely with designers, engineers, quality assurance and third-party vendors.
Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations.
Work closely with strategy, creative and technology teams in the development of new business, including scoping and estimating new projects.
An innate ability to motivate teams in a confident and organized manner.
Effective presentation and communication skills.

Demonstrate familiarity with diverse media-specific deliverable needs.
Stay current with assigned clients’ brands, products and services.
Thoroughly understand company departmental and resource expertise and produce SOWs, estimates, proposals and pitches for assigned brands.
Manage collaborative account, creative, technical and production teams as well as outside vendors to help ensure all work achieves an outcome that exceeds client expectations.
Perform project administration such as component production status, schedules, resource requests, budget management and reporting, ensure quality control with the proofing and QA departments, determine and monitor resource requirements and issues.
A minimum 4+ years as an account producer at an advertising agency or in-house at a brand.
Direct and top-tier experience with video, photo, and experiential production, from bidding through resourcing, production, and post-production.
Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office software, and working knowledge of various presentation software programs i.e. Keynote, InDesign, etc.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling several ongoing projects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
This is an in-house position working from our studio in SE Portland. Salary is competitive based on experience.
