Production Designer

 As a Production Designer your role will be to help conceptualize and create engaging brand assets, toolkits and decks across multi-tiered brand campaigns. You will be working with brand design leads, strategists and producers, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the entire design process, while gaining a thorough knowledge of partner brand standards and visual centers. 

Responsibilities

  • Create large quantities of digital brand assets, toolkits and presentation decks for use across a variety of brand campaigns.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively as a member of our design team, partnering with technology and project management teams.

  • Approach work using best practices to deliver quality products.

  • Communicate with team members in an agile, fast-paced environment

  • Provide recommendations and insight, while remaining positive, open and flexible

  • Take accountability with tight deadlines and deliver quick turnarounds and revisions while maintaining high quality work with creative integrity.

  • Provide recommendations for automation and improved workflow

  • Remain current on design trends and usability best practices

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of relevant, design experience.

  • Demonstrate teamwork, and a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Ability to adhere to and work within brand guidelines.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and seize the opportunity to make a difference.

  • Exceptional digital skills, along with a demonstrated proficiency in Adobe applications.

  • Ability to ensure aesthetic quality and details are consistent across all creative. Be pixel perfect.

  • Self-starter with proven interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback throughout all design phases.

Details

This is an in-house/hybrid position working from our studio in Portland, Oregon. Salary is competitive based on experience. The Program provides a competitive benefit package that includes paid holidays, vacation/personal time, 401k matching and health, dental, and vision insurance.
