Project managers are responsible for spearheading complex projects for a wide variety of clients, categories, and mediums. You will help produce deliverable requirements and documentation, oversee timelines, budgets, and resources while motivating teams and managing partnerships with confidence.
*Note: although this is not a content production / video production focused position, you will work across the content landscape in partnership, from time-to-time, with a content producer.

Organize process and workflow across project workstreams.
Audit and improve current process and workflow, implementing new processes where necessary.
Manage project administration such as production status, schedules, resource requests, budget management and reporting, working across departments and teams.
Communicate risks, opportunities and solutions to team and partners
Support the development of SOW’s, project roles for team members and benchmarks for success across project timeline
Contribute to creative and strategy pitches, briefs, and reviews. Work closely with strategy, creative and technology teams in the development of new business, including pitching, scoping, and estimating new projects.
Support client and project deliverables, strategic requirements. Manage expectations against reality.
Oversee multiple, concurrent projects and project teams, working closely across team member disciplines.
Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations.
Effective presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrate familiarity with diverse media-specific deliverable needs.
Manage creative, technical, and production team members, in addition to outside vendors, to ensure all work achieves an outcome that exceeds client expectations.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs of gear from time to time.
Reliable vehicle and drivers license, willing to drive to be on set, meet with client partners, etc.
1-3 years experience as a project manager or producer advertising agency or in-house at a brand.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling several ongoing projects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
High proficiency of the Google Suite (Drive, Docs, etc.), Keynote, and spreadsheets, and other project management tools.
