Sr. Content Creative
The Program is looking for a seasoned Senior Content Creative to join our team. The right person has a passion for visual storytelling and has a clear understanding of the production workflow. They are a collaborative team member and know how to meet deadlines and stay organized. And above all else, they are excited by the challenges and possibilities of their craft.
In this role, you will touch on all parts of the creative process, both as a leader in defining creative executions and producing, and as a support to other team members to help inform strategy, project scope, and content-related details in between.
Responsibilities include:
Contribute to creative ideation, conceptualization, and development of content including brand campaigns, social executions, TVC’s, and content for in-app/dotcom
Involvement and ownership in all aspects of content production from creative development, logistics, and post production for projects of various sizes
Operating camera equipment of various types, from cinema to consumer grade
Directing, editing, and coloring all types of content
Ability to direct sets and communicate with all the different roles (Director, DP, AC, Gaffer, Sound Mixer, PA, DIT)
Lead post production and collaborate with broader team editing, finalizing, and delivering creative assets
Writing treatments, shotlists, and creative-concepts
Provide thoughtful insight and feedback that pushes the creative
Pitching creative work
Dutifully contribute to maintaining file organization, archival standards, and content management
Ability to work in studio, on location, and travel on assignments
Ability to lift 40+ pounds, help haul gear, etc
Qualities we are looking for are:
5+ years of creative development, video production, and post production experience working with global brands
Advanced proficiency in creative development, concepting, creating shot lists, editing, coloring, and operating cameras (RED, DSLR, etc)
Developing editorial style and creative voice - strong creative writing skills
Thoughtfully approach work using best practices to deliver high-quality content in the changing digital landscape
Accountability to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds while maintaining a high quality of work with creative integrity
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and seize the opportunity to make a difference
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, on multiple overlapping projects
Experience working with art directors, content producers, writers, directors, business affairs, talent, crew, etc
Passionate and committed to your craft, and kind to your teammates
Punctual, accountable, and trustworthy
Sound design, photography, and motion graphics experience a plus

This is an in-house position working from our studio in SE Portland. Salary is competitive based on experience. The Program provides a competitive benefit package that includes paid holidays, vacation/personal time, 401k matching and health, dental, and vision insurance. Relocation package available if applicable.
