From creative uses of promoted products to developing large-scale content programs, the Strategist is a senior-level marketer who explores category, brand, cultural and people trends that highlights opportunities for clients’ businesses. A creative visionary and critical thinker, our Strategists think big and execute small, establishing lasting relationships with brands becoming a cornerstone to their operations.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Serve as the strategic leader for a specific brand, and take accountability for growing that business.
Partner with other team leads to guide our most senior clients towards bold and innovative solutions
Demonstrate an analysis of category, brand, cultural and people trends that highlights opportunities for clients’ businesses
Partner with creative, media, marketing science, production, and client service to create innovative strategies and groundbreaking output
Translate strategic discoveries into inspiring briefs and roadmaps for our teams and clients
Author and present thought-leadership articles/reports around relevant topics that sit at the intersection of design + consumer + technology.
Scope new engagements and provide strategic direction for how to best approach the assignment.
Think big, execute small, do both quickly
Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions and help crystallize ideas into actionable solutions
Provide media recommendations to support large-scale programs and initiatives overseeing the execution of large and custom programs.
Problem solve and ideate using data, design, research, best practices, and consumer insights.
Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to guide optimizations, long-term roadmaps, and overall project success.
4+ years of relevant Strategy experience
The Strategist role reports directly to the VP of Strategy.
Ideal candidates are located in Portland, Oregon, and are happy to join us in the studio a few days per week as needed. We're also open to fully remote with a strong preference, but not limited, to Washington and Texas-based candidates.
The salary band for this role is $65,000-$80,000.
