Our Approach.

We started The Program without any agency experience, wanting to create a company without a preconceived framework or notions that focuses on an approach that untangles big topics quickly to find a clear path to success. The Program has a proven history developing platforms that adapt and scale to solve complex business challenges. Each brief began the same, by simply asking “what if?”

The Pod System.

We’ve spent 12 years developing efficiencies in speed at scale. We do this through Pods, casting embedded teams within our partners organizations. This approach allows us to operate with heightened autonomy and agility. Each Pod brings together team members from different disciplines to fit the specific needs of Go-To-Market, Sustain, and/or Production. Each member has their specialty, but when they come together they can solve more complex challenges with speed and focus.

Pods decentralize the decision making, giving us the freedom to chase the most impactful idea, rather than defer to a single member’s personal tastes.

Once we’re off and running, we pull in any of our in-house Shared Services necessary to bringing life to the vision. Photography, video, technical development, motion design; we tap into our pool of specialized talent to deliver work that drives results. We can quickly scale and accommodate shifting priorities without having to take our foot off the gas.

A Working Model.

The agency model doesn’t work anymore; one-size doesn’t fit all, or even most. No two clients are alike; your goals, your operations and what you value in a strategic partner are unique. Celebrating the end of Saudi Arabia’s female driving ban, we launched the brand’s first-ever global female marketing platform. Then hitched a ride with to Riyadh and Jeddah to contextualize our work for local market nuances.

Ushering in a new era of rapid-fire content operations, we assembled a team for Nike to produce thousands of pieces of content in each month, ensuring the brand remained always-on.

We cast teams designed to bring our speed-at-scale expertise to partners and projects that need boots on the ground with minimal onboarding. Built for volume, these teams are capable of producing thousands of assets in a single month. We work efficiently in any environment. Whether stationed in our own office, or in the field with clients capturing behind-the-scenes content published to feeds in real time, we reduce friction and delays in selecting and approving files. We’re able to adapt to neighborhood-level tastes and events that change daily, quickly delivering content that stays ahead of trends.

Bringing Experts Together, Quickly.

We regularly invite client teams, or join them abroad for multi-day embeds in our office for strategy discussions, stakeholder workshops and even live-edit sessions to deliver quality work with less back-and-forth. Similarly we partner with freshly-formed startups in need of an entire marketing department, serving as an extension of their own team to achieve their business goals as they break into fast-paced, competitive markets.

Introducing a new key product to North America for Leatherman Tools meant obsessing over the consumer journey for the long haul. We baked a 9 month run of show to sustain engagement and placed impactful content alongside key milestones.
