Jive’s enterprise-level collaboration software empowers global businesses to get work done. We helped Jive increase its resonance by changing the way it talks about its tech in a 3-minute anthemic brand video.
To uncover the opportunity, we interviewed stakeholders from across Jive’s organization. We learned that pivoting brand messaging from product superiority to personal connection would enhance customers’ understanding of Jive and the solutions that it offers. Working closely with Jive, we created a corporate-speak-free brand vernacular that put customers’ needs front and center.
To deliver the new messaging to customers, we wrote, shot and directed a three-minute brand anthem video that humanizes Jive’s tech, and shows the ways in which Jive helps people get work done.
